noone but me from URL @ 11:15 PM
good day good night!
beware: long post.
this morning nurin adlin & i took the bus to khatib.
on the bus adlin was zombified, and apparantly i was deaf.
ohwell.
okay cut to the chase. we arrived at nee soon, and settled down.
we informed the part as of their position:
( TEAM THIRD! ramya got SEVENTH :D )
then we were informed abt springfield;
they cleared their falling plates in 18 secs the day before.
=x
aft that we drew lots, i picked one frm sir aizat's hand & hoped it was lucky.
in the end, after more pickings,
it was us against springfield;
i almost fainted.
anwanw,
later warrant steven made us repick and we finalised it with us against crescent.
so yeah went to shooot.
no IA or antyh but damn, we lost to them.
by a lot okay. they were superr fast!
): ohwell.
so next we competed against springfield for 3rd position.
before that mr khoo & nurin told us our mistakes.
-shot too slow and even then we missed our first few shots.
seemed that crescent took the first 3/4 shots and were on target;
damn.
oh & the central sirs came to us and were like "cedar cedar must get third ah"
i was so determined not to be slow so for everyth i took the FIRST shot,
even the canadian bulls.
then before the whistle blew my hands were shivering.
i was uberr determined.
so were sunm nurin jessie & adlin.
then the whistle sounded. & i took the first shot( HAH) and i didnt miss too.
i managed to shoot all of mine +1 of sunm's.
and the moment, when the whistle sounded and i looked up to see that all our targets had gone down,
i almost JUMPED i tell you.
(haha, and nurin did her throw-face clap)
yeah, so frm then happy happy-
the 5 of us were satisfied with third because we had done our best :D
the feeling was -aaah- (:
crescent won first, prcs 2nd and springfield 4th.congratulated one another, washed up & called ppl.
then yeah- it was the prize presentation.
for tues's event-
FIRST! (:
so a gold medal each for that.
for individual events-
SECOND, FOURTH, EIGHTH (: - jessie, me, adlin.
silver and bronze medals.
today's falling plates-
THIRD! (:
a bronze medal for each of us.
and theeenn,the mc was saying " and the best girls team for part c inter unit is..."
(crescent in front of us were saying eh get ready get ready)
CEDAR GIRLS' SECONDARY, CENTRAL! (:
HAHAHA
(jack!)
we were totally surprised, and cheered like mad.
but it was a really proud moment.
*nods.
PLUS: we got the superrr big trophy! :D and this one wasnt spoilt like last yr's.
and yeah- OLA`it was over(:
efforts are always repaid.
plus, doing your best is better than being the best;
cliche or whatever,
but the feeling is that of pure ecstacy when you know you've done your best.
anw yeahhh.
so we took pics with mr low, and sgt major de silva, ourselves & left.
nurin adlin sunm & i had lunch at newyork pizza, and went home.
and, another good day! (:
1) part as- SHOOTING PRO AH!
2) part bs- LTC WELLDONE AH!
